claire and mike came to the cape to celebrate their wedding in the magnificent, understated luxury of the tintswalo atlantic lodge
below the cliffs of chapmans peak,situated on the beach near the fishing village of hout bay.
due to their professional work commitments, claire was based in usa and mike in the uk, so a long term, long distance love affair and courtship was involved,
not without its stresses. however home, claire stated emphatically, is where their beloved dogs live, and that is in england!
It was a midweek celebration in the most beautiful weather, with a calm and windless turquoise sea .
The wedding, attended by an intimate group of close friends and family went on long into the gentle summer night.
Little did those from afar realise how blessed and lucky we were to have such incredible weather!
