I shoot people, places ,spaces, and things……
I am a professional photographer based in Constantia, Cape Town. My special loves in photography are wedding celebrations, preggie tums and tiny babies, environmental and creative portraiture, and fun family shoots.
It’s all about capturing and holding onto those fleeting moments in the most beautiful way possible. My speciality is to work beyond the confines of a studio, to work closely with my clients and to build a shoot around each specific need.
From way back I have been playing and working with cameras, in the woodlands, the mountains and along the shorelines of the Cape, and so my other great love is Landscape, of which many pieces now hang as Photo-Art on walls from Denmark to New Zealand.
Some of my personal interests are running in the early mornings, hiking in the mountains surrounding Cape Town or further afield, and I find that I am starting to enjoy reading more non fiction, photography (of course!) as I seldom go out without a camera, and a recently discovered interest in cooking, especially Italian, and the fun of sharing these culinary experiments with family and close friends!
Languages I speak other than English: Afrikaans, Dutch and German.
